Description

We are a minority owned and operated, non-profit, social service agency that provides educational and mental health services to the underserved population of the Greater Providence, Rhode Island area. We were incorporated in 1992. To date we have successful developed an operated the following programs: Beautiful Beginnings Daycare Center, The Elmwood Community School and Turning The Corner Group Homes.

Our programs have been certified by the Rhode Island Department of Education, The Commission on Accredidation of Rehabilitative Facilities and The National Asssociation for the Education of Young Children. Our first initiative, Youth Alternatives Program, was the 1993 Juvenile Justice and Deliquency Prevention Award winner. The award was granted by the Governor's Justice Commission.
