Description

An animal rescue group in Jackson county West Virginia. The Jackson County Animal Shelter is a county run facility. The Humane Society supports the cats at the shelter financially. The Jackson County Humane Society which is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization, that relies heavily upon donations to be able to provide a high level of care to all animals that pass through its doors. They have a program designed to raise money to spay and neuter animals for people who can not afford to do it themselves. In addition they have a foster program where they take in what animals they can and keep them until they find good homes.
