Description
J-CAP is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit agency. We provide positive change to people's lives through our programs. J-CAP offers three programs: Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for ages 17 and older (including an enhanced services track for Veterans of the U.S. Armed Services), Living Proof HIV/AIDS Primary Care Program (for those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS), and New Beginnings Teen Parenting Program (for teen parents and youth-at-risk).
