Description
We teach mindfulness, self-regulation, and leadership to build resilience, emotional intelligence and healthy habits for life. We provide cross-cultural positive psychological services to children, families and communities worldwide. Single-day classes to term-long courses are offered through our community education programs, trainings and curricula development that are customized to the needs of the diverse populations we serve.
