Description

Through the Italian Operatic Experience® a 5 week Italian Language & Opera course which takes place July-Aug in Italy each summer. At IOE our goal is to help students "bridge-the-gap" form young amateur singer & accompanists to young professional artists in opera. IOE provides courses & performance venues not offered at most colleges and universities to college-level voice & music students. Our courses enrich and expand their educational development through intensive study of Italian language and culture with native speaking instructors while studying with internationally renowned operatic artists and musicians. We produce a fully staged Italian Opera with Orchestra sung by the students to "sold-out" audiences each year as well as Opera Aria Nights, Opera Scenes Nights. Italian Operatic Experience® is a program of Operatic Experience Inc. a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
