Ipas is an international nonprofit, nongovernmental organization working in the US and globally to reduce the number of deaths and injuires to women from unsafe abortion and to advance women's reproductive rights.

Ipas is headquartered in the United States and has offices in 11 other countries, including Mexico, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Brazil, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, India, Vietnam, and Albania.
