To provide public awareness and education concerning the welfare of equines, and to work with county Humane Society Chapters, Animal Control Offices and Law Enforcement Offices in Iowa to guarantee the welfare and safety of all equines in the state. To ensure that all Iowa equines live in a safe, healthy, nurturing environment. Bring awareness and education to all parties involved, on good sound animal husbandry.
