More than 125 million Americans live with chronic illness or pain. Over 45 million are limited in their daily activities due to these conditions. IDA reaches out to people living with chronic illness and pain, as well as their loved ones. We strive to help friends and family better understand the mild to severe limitations that often accompany illness and injury. IDA offers resources, articles, books, support, videos, radio, events, seminars and more to help people cope and thrive with debilitating conditions.
