Description
The IIG, a non-profit organization was established in 1996 to provide FREE workshops, mentoring and support to individuals working as interpreters for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing. The IIG also welcomed individuals in training or desiring to work in the field of sign language interpreting.
The IIG has continued to grow since it's beginning.
Beyond free training, whenever possible the IIG offers free interpreting to the deaf/hard of hearing communites when no source of funding is available.
