An independent non-profit, serving immigrants and refugees, one family at a time, since 1921...

We serve as a first-stop, full-service immigration referral center providing educational, legal, and social services to immigrants and refugees throughout Rhode Island and southeastern New England.

We also provide interpreting and translating services and community education and training programs to local businesses, health care providers, lawyers, government agencies, social service providers, academic organizations and individuals.
