Description
The International Commission for the Development of Haiti (ICDH) is a not-for-profit organization whose objective is to gather human, technical and financial resources to contribute to the socio-economic development of Haiti. The vision of the Commission is to promote Haiti in the international arena; to improve the Haitian economy and environments and to secure renewed assistance from donor nations as well as other organizations and individuals of means. The mission of the Commission is to identify major infrastructure projects of nationwide significance; to evaluate potential projects and set priorities; to identify and develop new sources of funding; to solicit funding for specific projects and to supervise the completion of projects and the use of funds; to work with like-minded individuals and organizations seeking the betterment of the Haitian community at large.
