The International Center of the Upstate (ICU)promotes cross-cultural understanding among local and international residents of Upstate South Carolina. The ICU also supports the international business community and promotes the Upstate as an ideal center for international trade. Since the ICU was established in 1998, people from more than 70 countries have participated in our programs.
