Intermountain Donor Services (IDS) is the federally designated non-profit organ procurement organization (OPO) that serves Utah, southeastern Idaho, and western Wyoming. One of our main goals is to educate the public about the need for organ donation. This is especially critical since the national waiting list just hit 100,000, the highest number ever.
