Description

Interfaith Caregivers assists seniors and adults living with disabilities to maintain their independence. Our caring volunteers help their neighbors in Polk County, WI. Our services include friendly visits, respite care, local transportation, grocery shopping and errands, phone assurance, seasonal yard work, reading, cancer transportation, referrals, education and more. These services are provided at no charge. A donation to continue the program is appreciated.
