Description

InterCommunity's mission is to help people living with mental illness and addiction disorders improve their quality of life by providing opportunities for healing and recovery.
InterCommunity is a comprehensive, Recovery-Oriented System of Care that fully integrates the person into all aspects of his/her service delivery.
InterCommunity staff provide quality, person centered, rehabilitation focused care that includes utilizing person first language, concurrent documentation, client choice and family involvement with the ultimate goal of working along side the person to help them improve their quality of life and overall functioning in the community.
Services offered include Social and Vocational Rehabilitation, Recovery Support, Outpatient Clinic Services including Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment, Supervised and Supported Housing, Case Management, Emergency Services and other programs.
