Description

Insight Out, a Center in the Sinsinawa Dominican Traditon, responds to the needs of women for a holistic approach to spirituality and wellness. Insight Out fosters, promotes, and encourages women to explore their journeys from diverse perspectives in order to enhance the life-spirit within themselves, and thus enrich their encounters with all creation.

Insight Out offers pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, and massage therapy for individual clients. Women's faith-sharing groups and retreats are offered seasonally. Financial assistance is available for all services.
