Insight Counseling, based in South Orange County, was developed to serve a need in our communities that was not being filled by private practitioners and other community-based agencies. Insight was founded to be a unique not for profit center, offering comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy, as well as educational classes. Our services are accessible, affordable and aim to improve our client’s functioning, add clarity, and allow for personal and emotional growth. When families move towards wellness, our communities benefit.
