Description
The Insight Center is a non-profit corporation dedicated to teaching meditation from the early Pali canon and to assist professionals to integrate insight practices within their professions. The Center provides a wide array of insight related services through its four current programs.
The Center's teachers bring both the depth and breadth of ordained sangha trained in Asia, and Western teachers trained in dhamma and psychology.
