In Return was founded in November 2004 by Rob Groeschen whose brother Tom is a survivor of Traumatic Brain Injury. Our founding principal is giving back...recognizing and sharing our blessings. The mission, in short, is to enhance the lives of special needs individuals, with an emphasis on traumatic brain injury. The goal...to help our clients achieve financial and personal independence, and reclaim their hopes and dreams.

Our work program is the driving force; we create and manufacture products in a professional atmosphere that encourages excellence and results in jobs that are challenging and rewarding. Our other programs are carefully structured to provide the support and guidance that will enable us to achieve and sustain the goal.
