IPHEF is an organization that was formed to commemorate and celebrate law enforcement's contribution to society - particularly in Central Indiana - through educational programs and exhibits geared to all ages. The ultimate goal is to reduce crime by creating an environment in which there can be positive interactions and exchanges between the world of policing and the general public, with a special emphasis on reaching out to youth.
