InCollaboration Incorporated, also known as the Readers Theatre Workshop, is a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation founded in 1983 as a purely performing arts organization, featuring original and adaptive drama and musical and comedic theater pieces. Over the years, the company has evolved and has expanded the scope of its activities to integrate technology and the arts as a means to improve lireracy, encourage critical thinking, and develop the career skills of our young people, especially those with physical challenges or learning disabilities and those living in socially or economically disadvantaged neighborhoods or attending underperforming schools.
