Description

We are a Non-Profit Organization founded in 2000 by Mark & Tanya Schiller. Our primary purpose is to provide a safe facility and programs for At-Risk-Youth in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Because there are so many young people roaming the streets with nothing to do, no money, and no place to go, we provide a safe, supervised place where they can spend their spare time in camaraderie with their friends and peers. There are no membership fees. Rebels is open Monday-Thurs 2.30 pm to 10 pm; Fri & Sat - 2:30 pm to 1:00 am with live music concerts most weekends. Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking, and foul language are prohibited. We show respect to our youth & promote respect for themselves, each other, their families, friends, our City, State & Country!! A free meal is provided on Wednesday evenings; if they stay for a brief Message, they get a free Concert pass. Others pay a small fee. Free snacks are provided on Tues & Thurs.
