Description
IMPACT Personal Safety is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending the cycle of violence by teaching awareness, personal safety, violence prevention and self-defense skills to adults and children.
We teach full contact adrenaline-based self-defense using realistic mock assault scenarios. Students report increases in confidence and a sense of safety with decreases in fear. The skills are effective and easy to learn. We have taught people ages 6 to 82.
