Impact Bay Area provides full-force self defense, personal safety, rape prevention, boundary setting/assertiveness and empowerment training.
Impact Bay Area's purpose is to prevent violence, promote healing and foster safe communities by teaching women and girls the emotional and physical skills to defend themselves against verbal, physical and sexual assault.
Our mission is to provide high-quality Impact training to every woman and girl in the Bay Area.
