Description

The Illinois Postsecondary Agricultural Student Organization (PAS) provides career development programs in agriculture, agribusiness, and natural resources at approved postsecondary institutions offering associate or bachelor degrees, vocational diplomas, and or certificates. Our educational organization is exempt under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are also classified as a public charity under sections 509 (a) (1) and 170 (b) (1) (A) (vi) of the Internal Revenue Code
PAS is one of the ten career and technical student organizations that have been approved by the U. S. Department of Education as an integral part of career and technical education. llinois PAS provides career, leadership, personal, and community development opportunities to over 375 students in Illinois. PAS provides an opportunity for developing leadership abilities through participation in the employment experience programs, course work, and, community service, and organization activities.
