Description
ARTICLE I - Objectives
This corporation shall:
Serve an educational function in providing the general public with botanical and horticultural orchid information;
Encourage the improvement of orchids by their cultivation, propagation, hybridization and exhibition;
Aid concerned groups and agencies in improving orchid species conservation both in their natural habitat and under cultivation;
Promote the growing and exhibition of orchids;
Exercise all other powers granted to not-for-profit corporations under the laws of the State of Illinois.
