Illinois Coalition for Community Services (ICCS) is a nonprofit organization committed to improving communities and neighborhoods, based on the principles of asset-based community organizing. ICCS' main focus is on improving the conditions in a community that are putting our youth at-risk. ICCS is a 501c3 organization. Currently working in 74 Illinois counties, we provide technical assistance and capacity building to nearly 130 grassroots committees in some of our most troubled neighborhoods and isolated rural communities.
