iEARN (International Education and Resource Network) is a global education network that connects schools and youth organizations so that young people can use the Internet and other technologies to work together on collaborative projects online. iEARN, launched in 1988, has programs in 115 countries, linking about 22,000 schools and 2 million students each day in collaborative project work. Projects are designed by teachers to both enhance learning through interactive work by students and to build global citizens able to bring about a more healthy and peaceful planet.
