Description
ICAN is a tax exempt 501(c)3 non-profit, non-denominational, charitable organization operating since 2008 and founded by Richard Ogulnick. We are launching an international campaign to promote awareness of our Declaration of Responsibility that states no child should be without nutritious food, clean water, sustainable shelter, and a quality education in a well equipt school with access to the educational potential of computers and the internet.
