ICAN is a non-profit professional development organization co-founded in 1981 by Geil Browning, Ph.D. and Fran Root and 10 other visionary women seated around a dining room table who believed in a more inclusive world.

ICAN offers relevant professional development programming for women and men that address identified community needs. We serve more than 200 area companies and organizations annually.
