Description
I Lead with Integrity, Inc. was created in 2009 to offer exceptional high school juniors educational opportunities to develop their leadership potential. It is often the case that students have been identified as leaders by their communities, but the support needed to reach their full potential is often lacking or non-existent. Because of this, the founders of I Lead developed a five-day intensive conference that focuses on the recognition of strengths, building of skills, and development of critical thinking abilities. The inaugural conference will be hosted for western Pennsylvania juniors in June 2010 at Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania.
