I CAN! Community Education Coalition, Inc. is a grass-roots, nonprofit literacy organization that was established 2002 in Tampa, Florida. Through the services of trained volunteers, the organization provides reading literacy, basic education, Pre-GED, workforce development and life skills instruction for adults and teens who dropped out of school and/or are functionally illiterate. The education programs operate with no county, state, or federal funding; only public donations, foundation grants and student fees support the services.
