Mission
The Hunters Point Family's mission is to prepare youth to become independent, strong, and productive adults through comprehensive support services that empower them to develop their full potential.
Programs
The agency is comprised of three holistic, youth development programs in San Francisco's Bayview Hunters Point: GIRLS 2000 serves a core of 50 girls, ages 10-18 years, and their families; Bayview Safe Haven, serves a core of 50 boys and girls, ages 12-21 and thier families; and the Peacekeepers, serves a core of 50 girls and boys (ages 12-21) and their families.
