Humane Society of Seneca County is a private, non-profit organization that is 501c3 tax exempt. HSSC is an open admission Humane Society which means no animal that is in need of assistance ever gets turned away. The Humane Society of Seneca County receives no tax dollars or any other type of government funding, so this organization is completely reliant upon donations from the community. HSSC truely values the people in the community because without their support the Humane Society of Seneca County could not help these discarded animals. Thank You
