The Humane Society of Atchison, KS is a non-profit organization founded in 1991. We are a low-kill shelter, using euthanasia only for aggression, long-term illness or serious injury where the animal would suffer. We are devoted to providing care and placing homeless pets into loving, forever, homes. The money we raise helps 600+ animals in need each year.
