Description

Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc. is a private, 501c3 non-profit with a mission to improve the quality of life and self-sufficiency of at-risk and low-income Carroll County residents by providing assistance with basic needs, advocacy, linkages to resources and opportunities to enhance life skills.

We operate over 30 different programs including Emergency and Energy Assistance, Housing and Shelter Programs, Family Support, Holiday and Year-round assistance with clothing, household items and Workforce and Life Skills Development.

We are a member of the Community Action Network.
