HRABC is dedicated to advancing the HR profession by building valuable networks since 1968. We continue to promote the strategic importance of human resources management in the scope of modern business. We connect people, influence communities and drive corporate change.

HRABC was formed in 1968 as the Personnel Association of Broward County (PABC), to meet the professional needs of the individuals involved in human resource management. Since its inception, HRABC has been dedicated to providing a forum for our members to exchange information and ideas, and enhance their professional growth.

Over the years, HRABC increased its membership from 19 charter members to well over 850 members, representing Broward County’s diverse spectrum of industries and company size. We provide programs to further the profession and networking in a profeesional setting.
