Description

Human Energy Matters is a non-profit wellness organization for youth first and all others. HEM teaches mind, body, spirit, and emotions wellness techniques to manage stress and live with joy and compassion for all living things. Human Energy Matters offers workshops, retreats, camps, classes, speaking and consultant services. HEM has a special emphasis for prevention of child abuse by teaching parents and teen parents how to manage stress and learn techniques to parent well. HEM promotes techniques to live in wellness, wholeness and oneness with all living things and live a "wonder-full" life.
