Description
HDCF supports the Mercy Centre in Bangkok, Thailand, which provides education, shelter and child protection services for abused, abandoned, and the poorest of the poor children living in the slums of Klong Toey. The Mercy Centre also runs the first nationally recognized hospice center for people with AIDS. Community work includes family counseling, HIV/AIDS outreach and micro-credit for the poor.
