Description

The Human Capital Foundation is an international support organization committed to helping orphaned children trhough in-country group homes, foster parenting and financial aid programs, with strong emphasis on developing community support networks in regards to education, employment and health issues.

The Human Capital Foundation has established the Selamta Children's Home (Selamta means "be at peace") and is developing several small family homes by training marginalized women within the community to become surrogate mothers for up to eight children. HCF has a community outreach program that supports families struggling with HIV/AIDS , providing financial and emotional support to both parents and children. All children under the umbrella of the Selamta Project have access to educational opportunities and medical intervention.
