Kentucky HOBY provides leadership opportunities including hands-on community service projects (Leadership for Service), skill development and training, and scholarship opportunities to every Kentucky public and private high school, including the Eastern Kentucky (Appalachia region).

To motivate and empower individuals to make a positive difference within our global society through understanding and action based on effective and compassionate leadership.
