The purpose of the Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital Foundation is to support the Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in promoting and advancing the well-being of our community through the provision of quality health care and health related services. The foundtion, under the guidance and approval of the Board of Trustees of Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital, will have a special interest in providing financial support for community wellness activities and disease and injury prevention programs.
