Housing, Employment and Learning Programs for Self-Sufficiency (HELPS) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization established in 2003 to support and provide low-income residents in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties with program and service opportunities supporting education, housing and employment programs. All programs directly support clients developing self-sufficiency and working toward poverty alleviation. HELPS is a program of Community Services Consortium (CSC), a public nonprofit Community Action Agency whose mission is to counteract the causes and conditions of poverty by providing programs and services to low-income residents. CSC has been serving local communities since 1980.
