This organization is part of the national House Rabbit Society non-profit organization.
The Burrow Inn is a certified foster home for rabbits. This foster home focuses on giving and finding homes for the rabbits in the Peninsula of the Bay Area of Northern California. The Burrow Inn focuses and works mainly in conjunction with the small animal volunteers from the animal shelter in the Peninsula of the Bay Are of Northern California, when fostering is needed.
This organization was a chapter of House Rabbit Society, turned foster home and has been working with rabbits for over 17 years. Currently, the Burrow Inn houses about 40-50 rabbits a year. This number also includes special-needs rabbits as well.
