Description
The HOP provides many programs for those living in the greater Milwaukee area. The HOP offers an Emergency Food Pantry which is open Monday through Friday. The Capuchin Clothes Closet provides clothing to all individuals and families in need. During the Holiday season, the HOP runs a Holiday Food Basket Program and toy distribution. The HOP provides free meeting space to community groups. Guests are able to receive spiritual guidance and limited direct financial aid. The center also offers a Nursing clinic run by the UWM College of Nursing staff and legal clinic run by Marquette University Law School Alumnae and students. The HOP offers an American Cancer Society ‘Loaning Closet’ for cancer patients.
