Description

House of Hope is a homeless shelter for men located in Front Royal, Virginia. The shelter is zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs. Our program is established to help the men get back on there feet. We have three Case Managers who meet with the men on a weekly basis to help them learn budgeting, create a resume, and help connect them to local resources. We are a very small shelter in which we can house only 16 men total. Our budget is small but we have had about a 75% success rate. In researching how much it cost to house a man either in a hotel or in the shelter, it costs only $9 a day to house a man in the shelter.
