Church ministry serving this major area of need in the community:

Homeless formerly incarcerated ( male and female non-violent ex-offenders ) with provision of transitional housing for those with special needs ( history of drug, alcohol abuse, and/or mental health and behavioral issues ) illiteracy, and joblessness. Our goal is to decrease the rate of recidivism and successfully reintegrate individuals back into the community.

The House of Faith is a referral site for those served to community based treatment centers and support groups. Individuals attend off-site adult education programs designed to to combat literacy. Men and women receive assistance in finding permanent employment in order to promote total self-sufficiency.

Also, the House of Faith provides transitional housing to those men and women still impacted by the effects of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
