Description
Locally owned, non-profit hospice organization in Council Bluffs, IA established in 2004. We are currently underway with a capital campaign to raise money to build a hospice house in Glenwood, IA. Hospice is a philosophy of palliative care, one that does not provide a cure but focuses on providing individuals with quality of life and comfort. Hospice services can be provided for patients whether they live in their home or a long-term care facility. Hospice services allow patient the opportunity to direct their care at a time when they often feel that they have no control.
