Description
Hospice - we are a community based hospice who serve the Central Oregon area. We are a non-profit 501 (c) organization that is dedicated to serving the terminally ill, their family, friends, and community. We have several programs including, but not limited to: physical, emotional, and spiritual care for our terminally ill,a staff of nurses, social workers, and administrative staff. We have a very active bereavement program, Volunteer programs, our Transitions program, which serves clients who have a life-limiting illness.,education for the community regarding health, well-being, death and dying information, and other disease processes education.
