Description
Hospice of Homer provides free of charge service to rersidents of the Southern Kenai Peninsula by providing comfort, dignity, and choice for those facing end-stage illness, the transition process of dying, or the frail and isolated, through care, support and education. Progams include: End of Life Support, Volunteer Visitor and Phone Friend Program, Medical Equipment Loan Program, Educational Services, Bereavement Program, Lending Library and Information and Referral.
